Return And Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:
In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it can not be cancelled using our website.
 
Damages and issues during the reception of order:

Please inspect your order upon reception if the item is defective, damaged please click a picture before opening the parcel. Or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns & Refund:

Time Period for returns / exchange:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We may arrange for return pickup but the decision regarding the same lies in the hands of Vishal Marketing. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Return Process:
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@toyfun.in . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following warehouse address: Vishal Marketing, Godown No1, Popatlal Wadi, Ranade Road, Dadar West, Mumbai 400028.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Return will be sent to you in the form of replacement or another product or amount refund.
If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@toyfun.in
After the confirmation and verification process, once the refund is approved, it will take a minimum of 2 days and maximum of 7 working days for the refund process to get completed.

Return of Sale Items / Discounted Item:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Refund of any items purchased at discounted amount will be refunded as per invoiced value only.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@toyfun.in and send your item to: Godown no.1, Popatlal Wadi, Ranade Road, Dadar West, Mumbai 400 028. You  can either ship the unit to our warehouse or we will arrange the reverse logistics depending upon the case.
